HOW TO REDUCE YOUR PING IN FINAL FANTASY XIV

With the release scheduled for July 2, the latest expansion of Final Fantasy XIV called Shadowbringers, promises novelties for the RPG magic universe. DO A PING TEST 

1. Open the Windows Start menu and type "cmd"

2. Type "ipconfig" and then press enter.

3. Then save the IP number

4. Then type in the next cmd "ping" + your IP number

CLOSE UNNECESSARY PROGRAMS 

If there are too many open programs on your computer, this can lead to poor game performance. Take a look at the Task Manager and review the applications that are consuming your computer's RAM. Close any programs that are running unnecessarily.

CHECK YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION
Use a cable connection so that you are directly connected to your modem. Being connected via wireless can cause delays on your gameplay.
